• The Top Menu
The top menu is located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
This menu allows you to access Sales, Products, Reports, Settings and Backup by tapping on the corresponding button.
To create invoices, estimates, quotes or estimates tap the credit card button.
To create or edit products, tap the barcode button.
To generate or export sales reports tap the page button.
To change your company information, tax rates, customize the PDFs, customize the emails and more, tap the gear button.
To backup or restore a backup, tap the up arrow within a circle button.
To see the version of Quick Sale you currently have, tap the info button.
Quick Sale includes an additional ‘Demo Company’ to help you learn and test Quick Sale.
An empty company named ‘My Company’ is also included and you should use this company to enter your data.
To switch to the empty company and start entering your data, tap the ‘Demo Company’ name located at the top left side of the screen and choose ‘My Company’.
To configure your company information, such as company name, address, tax rates, customize the PDF documents, customize the emails and more, tap the gear button located at the top menu.
